What you will learn during this conference:
Registration & Fees
- IDS member rate (physicians & non-physician staff) -- $75 each
- Resident/fellows -- No charge (but registration still required)
- Not a member of IDS - Physicians or non-physician staff -- $150 each
- Downstate Offices: (Outside Cook County and the "collar" counties) -- Access to a live webcast at the IDS member rate of $75
Webcast information -- Although we strongly recommend attending this workshop in person, IDS recognizes the logistical concerns of long-distance travel during the winter. In order to make the information that will be presented available to dermatology practices throughout the state, we are offering a live webcast that can be viewed on a computer or mobile device. This service will be available only to registrants outside of Cook, Lake, McHenry, Kane, DuPage and Will Counties. Each registration provides one log-in to the webcast that is unique to the person registering (it cannot be shared). However, as many individuals as you wish in your office are welcome to view the webcast, but only one computer will be able to log-in with each registration. Thus, if you want to connect more than one office or computer, additional registrations would be needed. Dermatologists outside of Cook and the "collar" counties also may order the recording if you are unable to watch the live webcast. This will be produced after the conference and will be available within about two weeks. Contact the IDS office at 847-680-1666 if you have questions about the webcast.
REGISTER NOW online to attend in person. Log-in using your IDS website username and password, or you may proceed without logging in.
WEBCAST REGISTRATION -- If you are outside of Cook and surrounding counties, you may register for the live webcast or to receive a recording. See the "webcast information" above for details.
